JDB Return Policy 

1. Return Window

- JDB has a 14-day return policy.

 -You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Return

-  Item must be in original condition:

- Unworn

- Unused

- Undamaged

- With tags

-  In original packaging

 - Receipt required as proof of purchase.

3. Refunds / Exchanges

• No credit card refunds.

• You can receive either:

  • Store credit (online or in-store)

  • Exchange for another item

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified about approval.

4. How to Start a return

• If your item is accepted, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

• Important: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

5. Non-returnable Items

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Costumes

• Undergarments

• Used or damaged apparel or footwear

6. Store Credit or Exchange

• After receiving and inspecting your return:

  You will be notified if the return is approved.

  • Approved returns are automatically issued store credit.

  • If you prefer an exchange, please let us know.
